The seed for RukPay was planted when Kapil and Phanindra both returning from the Switzerland and USA respectively faced massive issues when receiving both goods and services.

Both faced significant hurdles in receiving goods and services. Either they were plagued with unwarranted delays, or, in more distressing circumstances, they encountered financial losses.

This wasn’t just a fleeting inconvenience; it was a glaring gap in the system. Their search for a trustworthy intermediary turned up empty. Surprisingly, no service stood as a beacon of trust, or if they did, their presence was barely known.

Drawing upon their personal encounters and fortified by conversations with friends, family, and acquaintances, an idea began to sprout. They recognized an evident problem, one which, when addressed, could usher in transformative change for all stakeholders.
